Working closely with each Resort Development, every offering is uniquely designed to reflect the property's vision and environment, both aesthetically and functionally. Our designs take into consideration every aspect of the client's property: from geographic location to wall and cabinetry color schemes, floor coverings, room sizes and natural lighting. Pricing is reflective of variations in level of service and quality of merchandise.


Providing primary furnishings essential for resort living, this package provides the basic necessities (just elegantly-appointed) for your second home.		Adding artwork, accent pillows, greenery, lighting, mattresses and more, this package provides all the basics plus stylish accents to further personalize your new home.		From bedding and linens to kitchen ware, entertainment systems, cable installations and garden hoses, this all-inclusive package provides you with a move-in or rental ready home. The only thing you need is the key!

Within the packages described, CRI also provides two grades of offerings to accommodate varying budgets and preferences: The Standard and The Premier. Furnishing and upholstery grade delineate the difference. However, CRI always ensures that at minimum our offerings meet, if not exceed, rental agency requirements for durability.
